PENGUIN BREAKOUT – FUN ADVENTURES ACROSS THE ICE
Penguin Breakout is the first title from indie app developer pixelbizarre. The goal is to guide a penguin safely home through a series of obstacles and challenges.
The game combines the mechanics of a puzzle game (think 15-puzzle) with the dynamics of an arcade game (think labyrinth) into a unique gameplay. The player controls the movement of one or more penguins across a maze composed of tiles of different shapes that need to be arranged to create a path home. Various obstacles and features make each level a different and exciting adventure! Features include springboards, teleporters, attractors, rotating doors, and more. Challenges include tornadoes, mud patches, holes and even vicious snowmen!
Levels are completed by getting the penguin home (a cute igloo) within a given amount of time or a limited number of tile moves. Each completed level earns up to 10,000 points and up to 3 gold stars depending on the performance.
Penguin Breakout comes loaded with 120 different levels organized in 4 Season packs. Each Season pack comes with it unique sets of obstacles, features, graphics and sounds.
