Shadow of Oryda is a 2D sci-fi metroidvania combining atmospheric exploration, nonlinear progression, and immersive world design. Players traverse an alien planet, uncover secrets of a lost civilization, and gain new abilities that expand how they interact with the environment.
Designed as a handcrafted experience, the game focuses on smooth exploration flow, environmental storytelling, and a strong sense of place. Inspired by genre classics, it aims to deliver a focused and immersive journey.
