The Space in Between

The Space in Between follows the love story between June, a spunky Chinese American college student trying to make sense of her complicated relationship with her immigrant mother, and Miles, a quiet artist who is recovering after a harsh past with mental illness. Set on a scenic stargazing trip, the majority of our gameplay consists of connecting stars in the night sky, in which the player creates their own constellations. Depending on what constellation the player forms, a different personal story is told. Our visual novel is a vignette of modern relationships, a story that will leave you calling your close ones to tell them you love them.
